This is a place they call the Rainbow Village. The Indonesian Government spent around R300,000.00 to paint the slums of this town.

The final results are amazing.

However, do you think this makes much of a difference to the lives of the people living in the slums?

Should the South African Government do this as a test in one of South Africa’s squatter camps?
